Terms of Service

1. The Service

Imagoat provides AI-powered image generation and content tools available at imagoat.com. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Generate content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative of minors, or otherwise prohibited.
• Impersonate others or create deceptive content intended to defraud.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Violate the terms or policies of connected platforms, including Meta's Platform Terms when using Instagram or Facebook features.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and, to the extent permitted by law and our providers' terms, the images you generate. You are responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the rights to use it. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service, such as storing and processing your content to deliver results and, where you request it, publishing to your connected accounts.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not provide a refund for the current period unless required by law.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (such as Meta/Instagram and payment and compute providers). Your use of those integrations is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their services.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or unexpected, and you are responsible for reviewing it before use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imagoat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
