• Content you create — the prompts you submit and the images and assets the Service generates for you.
• Billing information — if you subscribe, payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
• Meta / Instagram data — if you connect an Instagram or Facebook account, we access only the data you authorize (such as your Instagram Business account ID, profile details, and the media or comment events needed to publish and manage content on your behalf).
• Usage data — basic log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, used to operate and secure the Service.

3. How we use your information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To generate images and content you request.
• To publish, schedule, and manage content to connected Instagram or Facebook accounts when you ask us to.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To communicate with you about your account and support requests.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.

4. Meta Platform data

Our use of information received from Meta APIs (Facebook and Instagram) follows Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We use this data only to provide the features you connect it for, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising. Access tokens are stored securely and used only to perform actions you have authorized. You can revoke our access at any time from your Instagram/Facebook settings or by disconnecting the account inside Imagoat.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Service (for example hosting, payment processing, and AI compute providers), and only as needed to perform those services, or where required by law.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete your content or your account at any time — see our Data Deletion page.

8. Security
